OptiGrade 550 Multimode Fiber OM4

Multimode Fibers successfully perform in today’s worldwide networks for 10 Gb/s

high-speed data transmission. With OptiGrade 550 j-fiber now introduces an enhanced

version which provides full OM4 standard compliance to support extended link

lengths and bandwidth demands, specifically in advanced datacenter and office

abling applications.

The new OptiGrade 550 Multimode fiber therefore ensures 10 Gb/s Ethernet serial

transmission over 550m with increased Effective Modal Bandwidth (EMB)

of ≥4700 MHz•km and Overfilled Launch Bandwidth (OFL) of 3500 MHz•km.
